  • WHAT ARE FIRE WINGS REWARDS?

    Fire Wings Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points every time you order. Redeem your points for delicious rewards, exclusive offers, and other perks—just for being a Fire Wings fan! 

  • HOW DO I GET POINTS?

    Sign up for a Fire Wings Rewards account, then use your phone number when ordering in-store, through the Fire Wings App, or through in store purchase. Click this link to register: https://www.firewings.com/rewards 

  • CAN I GET FIRE WINGS POINTS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ON A THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE, AGGREGATOR, OR DELIVERY PLATFORM?

    No. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, aggregators, or delivery platforms are not eligible for Fire Wings Rewards points. 

  • HOW DO I JOIN FIRE WINGS REWARDS?

    Visit FireWings.com and click the “REWARDS” tab at the top of the page. From there, scan the QR code or follow the link to the SpendGo website to sign up.

  • IS THERE A SIGN-UP GIFT?

    Absolutely! Upon registration, you’ll receive 50 bonus points added to your account.

  • IS THERE A BIRTHDAY REWARD?

    Yes! 🎂 Celebrate your birthday with a Buy 1 Combo, Get 1 Free Side offer.

  • DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

    Nope! Your points never expire.

  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM POINTS?

    You can check your Fire Wings Rewards points by visiting the Fire Wings Rewards Page, on the Fire Wings app or by providing your phone number to the cashier when ordering in-store.

  • WHERE CAN I REDEEM POINTS?

    Points can be redeemed at any Fire Wings location through: 

  • ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS FOR RECEIVING OR REDEEMING POINTS?

    There are no exclusions when it comes to earning points. When redeeming, you are limited to the reward options currently listed on the Fire Wings Rewards webpage. 

  • CAN I RECEIVE OR REDEEM POINTS ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

    You can earn points when purchasing alcoholic beverages. However, points cannot be redeemed for alcohol.

  • CAN I COMBINE WAYS TO RECEIVE OR REDEEM POINTS WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS OR COUPONS?

    No. Only one redemption may be used per order.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AN ORDER OR REQUEST A REFUND?

    The points will not be added to the account.

  • I DON’T SEE MY POINTS FOR THE ORDER I JUST PLACED. WHEN WILL THEY BE AVAILABLE?

    Points should appear immediately after purchase. If you don’t see your points: 

    • Online orders: Reach out through Contact Us.

  • IT’S MY BIRTHDAY AND I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY POINTS OR REWARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you don’t see your points, reach out through Contact Us if you ordered online, or notify a Fire Wings team member if you ordered in-store.


    If you did not receive your Birthday Offer, reach out through Contact Us for assistance.

  • CAN I GET POINTS FOR PREVIOUS ORDERS BEFORE I JOINED FIRE WINGS REWARDS?

    No. Points cannot be applied to orders placed before you joined Fire Wings Rewards.

  • CAN I TRANSFER OR SHARE MY POINTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

    No. Fire Wings Rewards points cannot be transferred or shared with another account.
